By accessing phoria.com, creating an account, placing an order, starting a subscription, or otherwise using PHORIA, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products from us.

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the site with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate account and checkout information, maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and all activity that occurs under your account. PHORIA sells topical recovery and body-care products. Product descriptions, ingredient information, routines, educational content, and other site materials are provided for general informational purposes and are not medical advice.

Product availability, prices, promotions, subscription discounts, shipping rates, and descriptions may change without notice. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. If you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the interval and price shown during checkout, including any subscription discount, shipping, and taxes that apply. PHORIA currently presents subscriptions as monthly recurring orders where eligible, with subscription terms shown before purchase.

You can manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through your account where available or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation requests should be made before the next renewal is processed. If a renewal order has already been charged or fulfilled, it may be handled under our shipping, return, and satisfaction support policies.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on the address provided. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Risk of loss generally passes to you when the carrier receives the package, but we will use common sense to help with damaged, missing, or delayed shipments when you contact us promptly with order and tracking details.

Our footer and support pages reference a 30-day satisfaction promise. If something is not right, contact [email protected] with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional details and may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or other reasonable solution depending on the situation. Shipping charges, subscription renewals, bulk orders, heavily used products, and suspected abuse may be limited or excluded unless required by law.

You may use the site for personal shopping and informational purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or exploit PHORIA content without written permission.

The site may use or link to third-party services such as WooCommerce, WordPress, Square, Google Maps, shipping providers, and social platforms. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, downtime, or content, even when they are linked from or integrated with PHORIA.

PHORIA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that products or content will meet every expectation.
