Our commitment

PHORIA wants every customer to be able to browse products, understand content, manage accounts, and complete checkout with as little friction as possible. We aim to improve accessibility using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a practical reference for perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust web experiences.

What we work to support

As the site grows, we work to support clear headings, readable copy, meaningful link text, alternative text for important images, keyboard-friendly navigation, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, labeled form fields, useful error messages, responsive layouts, and compatibility with common browsers and assistive technologies.

Checkout and account access

Checkout, account login, order history, subscription management, forms, and support paths are high-priority areas because they directly affect a customer's ability to buy products and manage service. We continue reviewing these flows for label clarity, keyboard behavior, form validation, payment accessibility, and mobile usability.

Third-party features

Some parts of the experience may rely on third-party services, including payment forms, wallet payments, address autocomplete, maps, embedded content, or platform plugins. We choose and configure these services with accessibility in mind where possible, but some accessibility behavior may be controlled by the third-party provider.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checklist. We review issues as they are discovered, test new features before and after launch where practical, and prioritize fixes that affect core shopping, checkout, account, and support tasks.

Feedback and assistance

If you experience an accessibility barrier, need help completing a purchase, or need information in a different format, contact [email protected]. Please include the page URL, the device and browser you are using, the assistive technology involved if applicable, and a short description of the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to respond and help.
