This policy applies to information collected through phoria.com and related PHORIA checkout, account, support, and marketing experiences. In this policy, "PHORIA," "we," "us," and "our" refer to PHORIA.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide and information needed to operate the store. This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order notes, account password, product selections, cart contents, subscription selections, order history, payment status, support messages, and marketing preferences. We also collect technical information such as device, browser, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location derived from your device or network, and interactions with site features.

Checkout, payments, and subscriptions

PHORIA uses WooCommerce and WordPress to manage products, customers, orders, subscriptions, shipping details, and account records. When you place an order, your checkout details are sent to our WooCommerce store so we can process, fulfill, support, and document the purchase.

Card and wallet payments are processed by Square. PHORIA does not store your full card number or raw payment credentials in our application database. Square may receive payment tokens, buyer email, billing address, transaction amount, location ID, receipt information, and other details needed to authorize, process, prevent fraud, and document payment transactions.

If you choose a subscription, we store subscription details such as product, quantity, billing interval, discount, shipping method, renewal status, and related order records so we can manage recurring orders and customer support.

How we use information

We use information to operate the site, save cart and checkout progress, process payments, calculate shipping, create and manage accounts, fulfill orders, manage subscriptions, send transactional emails, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, improve products and site performance, comply with legal and tax obligations, and send marketing communications if you opt in or where otherwise permitted by law.
